Basic aspects of my responsibilities is developing, implementing, monitoring and improving Quality Management System in complete compliance to EN9100, TQM and six sigma practices. I have some knowledge of ANSI, DIN, ASTM, ASME, ISO, GOST and other national and international standard applicable in engineering industry, project and quality management. First six months as Liebherr Company’s employee I was on my business trip in Germany - together with the German colleges we developed basic standards of the Liebherr-Aerospace Nizhny Novgorod Company. So, concerning documentation management I am responsible for development, archiving, updating and distribution of standards, drawings, BOMs, ATPs, inspection plans, work instructions and manuals. All this engineering procedures and standards I distribute to the appropriate process owner. One of my basic roles in the LAN Company is maintenance of the Problem Management System. Also I am participating in the non-conformance root cause analysis, controlling non-conformance products, problem reports and request for concession issuing, corrective actions implementation control and corrective actions assessment. In my work I frequently use measuring centre ACCURA and software Calypso. As a Certifying Staff I am responsible for final inspection of the assembled unit and Certificate of Conformity issuing. Time to time I am perform internal audits (First Article Inspection, Product Audit, Process Audit and System Audit). I am actively use statistic process control technique: statistics from incoming inspections (suppliers performance: delivery in time, rejection rate), manufacturing KPI (key characteristics from single parts productions, scrap value), statistics from the assembly line (First Passed Yield), maintenance KPI (average time between equipment failure). Also, in the initial production stage I worked with our ERP system BaaN to planning and place with orders. Now our company in pre-assessment stage for becoming certified in the AS9100 standard and I am fully engaged in documents reviewing, quality system improving and non-conformities corrections.

On this position I have carried out the calculations concerning Requests for Quotation and logistics calculations for each project. I was in charge of negotiations with customers about all details of the project. I am calculating cycles of foundry and cooling in Moldflow program. Also I was responsible for equipment evaluation for possibility to produce the certain product. Control each step of project execution. During the whole work period I have performed coordination of storage materials necessary for production with procurement department. I am handling customer relations and provide technical support during all projects. I am was involved in purchasing of automotive components, industrial assemblies and units for production of existing and forward-looking products of Autocomponent Group from domestic and international suppliers with optimal terms and conditions. I organized works on preparation of production of new materials and components, including distribution of design-and engineering documents, inspection of suppliers as regards the availability of production capacity and technologies for efficient production, management of timing of design, manufacturing and installation of main production equipment and tooling for production of new products.

Basic direction in my work was industrial property valuation. I have good knowledge of IFRS. During my business trips to commercial enterprises I have participated in many negotiations with enterprise executives and was gathered essential information about the enterprise. I was a manager of several projects and have been controlling them execution. Valuation of machinery, equipment, depreciation and reports issue was my direct responsibilities. I have gained an experience in workflow processes of key industries.

During the first half year of my work for Boeing Design Center Company I took Catia V4, Catia V5, PDM, Enovia courses and on-job training in the Boeing 747 Fuselage design department. My job implied 3D-modeling of metal parts and assemblies in Catia V4. I was involved in 747 Large Cargo Freighter project. Next half year I worked as Engineering Checker in Boeing 747-8 Fuselage teams. I have gained good experience in designing of large structural units like regular frames and bulkhead. I am also was responsible for supporting and improving of coordination with our colleges from Boeing Everett factory then I was on my Business trip and worked on site in the US. I have gained additional engineering skills during this business trips as a rotational engineer to Everett factory. Also I have supported assignment packages workflow to Moscow Boeing Design Center and coordinated work activities that were related to my group by preparing tasks for creation or update of the drawings and parts lists. I was in charge of distributing the workload among the engineers. My support was recognized by American management with lots of thanks and rewards like Pride@Boeing award. During my last work period my responsibility included design and performing failure investigations of composite and metal structural elements of Boeing 787 Dream Liner. I have participated in development of composite parts such as Ti-Hibrid Floor beam for Boeing 787. I am actively used the LEAN principles to improve work processes.

I worked in Research and Development of Composite Materials department. My department supported researches in Aircraft’s composite materials structures. In our researches we used hand calculations by loads from Finite Element models and software package MSC Patran/Nastran. During the whole work period I have gained experience in complex simulations of linear static strength, thermo strength, simulation of destruction processes for designs parts and whole assemblies. I have supported stress calculation of nose cone and undercarriage fairing construction. The analysis included calculation of the deflection and stresses of the structures, evaluation of the weight and cost effectiveness, providing recommendations for the design optimization, design improvement and material use. Also I was involved in development of technological processes for composite product manufacturing, drafting and 3D modeling of large structural units of An-148 Aircraft. I have some experience of using such Toolkits as ANSYS, ANSYS-Workbench and CADDS 5.
