• To conduct operational planning, coordination, organization and execute construction control of electrical works at the site. • To check the steps of works with the right of signing documents proving the scope of works performed. • To check and analyze construction design documents with further comments. • To control over compliance with schedule of work. • To execute technical supervision over the terms and quality of performing works, and their compliance with approved project documents, work drawings, construction norms, standards, and rules of the RF. • To manage work on improving job management, cutting costs, and improving quality of electrical works, reducing their performance term. • To execute control over timely completion of electrical works and transfer for commissioning. • To execute control over receipt of drawings, schemes and technical conditions of equipment after they are assembled and installed (at the site). • To draw up documents in area of responsibility • To take part in investigating flaws, identified as a result of control and tests, and in developing measures on elimination of the flaws. • To perform additional instructions of the line manager in the area of implementation of goals of the Project and the Branch Office in general. • To perform other duties which are not listed in the article, and which however are included in the list of general duties of the Project, shall be performed on initiative basis and upon approval of the line manager.
