The present USA-based company employs over 200 qualified researchers and writers from all over the world. I am proud to be the only Russian writer whose language and research skills were assessed as being of premium quality. As a premium researcher and writer I am responsible for conducting research and writing reports, essays, presentations, theses, comparative analysis papers, dissertations (BA, MA, and PhD levels) on the themes: management, economics, law, linguistics, psychology, pedagogics. In February, 2006 was promoted to Senior project manager and creative writer of the advertising department. The range of responsibilities includes: (1) Managing the team of three advertising managers, two designers and four journalists. Being in charge for organising presentations and round-table discussions on the topics of economics and political life of the region. Writing press-releases, conducting interviews, speeches, theses, preparing leaflets, articles and presentations.Developing and managing advertising and PR projects with corporate clients (incl. Russian Communal Systems, Gazprom, Sibur, chemical plants, business structures). The cost of projects managed per month estimates to $5700 (one-third of total income). Was honoured as a promising young journalist at the countrywide Russian Professional contest of young journalists "pervaya Vysota".

Won a contest to take part in the summer school for young leaders within the NCO youth organisations project "The League of Action", Croatia (2004). Since January 2002 was promoted to the position of a chief editor in the news department. Administered the work of 6 journalists and three cameramen. Planned weekly news programmes. Managed contacts with VIPs in the spheres of industry, economics, municipal sector, and politics. Assisted in PR-projects as senior client manager, interpreter, creative writer and project manager.

Was responsible for catering daily needs of people with physical and mental impairments. Was trained in team-building, safety, psychology and conflict management.
